CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Sunny Kaloli Point Cottage (Hilo) Rental Rates for 2012 Minimum 5 day stay We do require an advance deposit of 2 days rental. Payment in full 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation is booked less than 60 days in advance, full payment is due immediately.
