Whether you are a fitness nut or just love to spend some relaxing hours in the sun Kona West is the place to get away from it all. RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $100.00 per unit and notification of exact dates of arrival, departure, and how many people are in your party. Once confirmation is made your balance is due in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Any reservation paid in full upon arrival will be subject to a bookkeeping fee. CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.	Ocean Views Pool

Low Season - April 15 through December 14. High Season - December 15 through April 14. These rates do not apply during major holidays and special events. Please inquire for rates during these times. Prices do not include TAT tax or GET tax. A $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to each reservation of 3 days or more.
